Privacy Policy

Effective 2026-11-01

NODARC Specialty Welding ("NODARC", "we") keeps only the information it needs to do the work, protects it, and never sells it.

This policy covers three things: this website, the Client Portal we give our clients, and NODARC Nexus, the quality-records app our employees and contractors use at app.nodarcwelding.com.

1. This website

2. Client Portal

Clients get a view-only page for their project. It shows the progress and documents NODARC issues for that project. We share it only with the people the client names, and access ends when the project closes. Your project records belong to you, as your contract and our Client Portal & Records Terms of Use (NDC-LEG-002) describe.

3. NODARC Nexus (employees and contractors)

Nexus is for NODARC's own people, by invitation only. When you use it, we keep:

Nexus does not hold Social Security numbers, pay or medical information.

The records are stored with Google Cloud (Firebase) in the United States. Each device you use keeps an offline copy so you can work without a signal. Who can see and change what is enforced on Google's servers by your role, not just hidden in the app.

4. Who we share with

We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.

5. How long we keep it

Project quality records are kept for as long as the client's contract and the applicable codes require, usually the life of the facility's records retention. Accounts are closed when someone leaves NODARC. Their name stays on the records they made, because those records must not change.

6. Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct it or delete it where the law and quality-record rules allow. Email info@nodarcwelding.com or call +1 (225) 449-0261. Employees and contractors can also ask the QC Director.

7. Security

We protect this information with company accounts that use two-step sign-in, role-based access checked on the server, encrypted connections, version history and backups. If a breach affects your information, we will tell you as the law requires.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
